Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have a non-compete in Fl and switched employers in the same industry but not line of business. Is this still enforcable?

It really depends on what the agreement says. Also, even if you are technically prohibited from taking your new job, you can also negotiate a deal with your old employer. I would be happy to review your contract. Please give me a call if you would like to discuss this further.
