Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Does a Nondisclosure agreement HAVE to be notarized to be valid?
MUST a Nondisclosure agreement have to be notarized/witnessed to be valid? I run an online business, I am in need of a Nondisclosure agreement. Some of my staff are in canada and the UK. Will the ND agreement be valid in other countries? And does it have to be notarized by all? (normally they just sign it and mail it to me)

Thank you!
