Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Non-disclosure Agreement
I have what I believe is a valuable idea for an IPhone Application. These need to be developed by a professional in the filed. I am told that a Non-disclosure agreement is sufficient for my protection, which they will sign, prior to hearing my idea and quoting me a price.
IS in fact this agreement sufficient protection? I am concerned they could just say no to me and get a friend of theirs to pursue the application.
Thank you for your time.

Re: Non-disclosure Agreement
An appropriate nondisclosure agreement is what is customarily used for this type of problem.
