Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I was offered a position with a Security Firm. They sent me a contract offer letter signed by the owner for a five year deal. The letter also gave a window in which I would receive my bonus and start. The date on this letter is 60 days past due and they keep giving me the run around. I am now unemployed and have not recieved my compensaion. Do I have a a lawsuit because they have reniged on a contract?

If you accepted the offer then there was a contract. If they have breached it, you can sue for the damage caused.
