Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Online business - need local/county tax license?
I am starting an online business selling electronics and have already registered as an LLC. Do i need to get a local city and county business tax license? My physical address is not my home addr, it is a UPS Store mailbox - so do i use that address to determine the city to file in?

Check your city and county government website. There is also a wealth of information at: http://business.gov/
