Re: online businesses
You need to discuss your business in detail with an attorney to determine the answer to your question. The answer will depend on what the on-line business is, whether you are selling a physical product or a pure service. If you are selling a product and maintain an inventory for filling orders you may have local zoning issues. Additionally, your product or service may require specific licenses before you can offer them. A full discussion and consultation with an attorney is needed to even begin to answer your question.
