Online Forum Defamation

I need an attorney to write a letter to an online forum owner. I am not a member of the forum, but my name is being brought up there and my character defamed. It appears to be a case of mistaken identity. It happened before and I sent a cease and desist letter. It's happening again, and I think the next letter should come from an attorney. Is this a service you offer? I'm receiving threats and harassment daily from forum members on my business telephone.

This isn't clear cut liability. The facts will determine what influence you will have over the site operator, but I handle a good deal of these situations each year.
