Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I'm trying to open a call center that refers clients to schools in order to get information from the schools and make a decision based on there needs and what the schools have to offer. We get paid through online affiliate programs. What license or documentation do I need to be able to run the business legally?

I'm located in Broward County Florida.
