Hello: I just read your question. Since I do not have all the facts of your situation, I can only give a general overview of Fla. law on the issue. If you want to review Fla. Statutes on line check chapter 61.

As you may be aware, your income is relevant in the calculation of support. If you are being accused of contempt of court for being behind, your income would be relevant if you are claiming lack of income as your defense. It may also be relevant if the court finds there is an arrearage, as to how much the court will add to the regular monthly amount.

If you are a sole proprietor, your records would be more likely to be relevant to proving your income. The other side could demand to see records to prove your income. If you are incorporated and there are other shareholders, the other side may not think you are hiding anything, but they still may be reviewed by the other side.
