Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I ordered somthing from Kenneth Cole online, which was delivered via UPS to my shipping company in Miami. UPS confirmed delivery to the address, but my company sayys no one delivered it, and no one with the name of the person who signed for it on UPS documentation is familiar to them. So someone signed for it, but I never received it. What are my options, since no one wants to take responsibility here?

An attorney will say the best resolution is to work with the seller, Kenneth Cole. Explain what happened. They usually have insurance on their packages. Between Cole and UPS, let them sort it out. Consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice.
