Keep originals for court
I have a small accounting office, we will like to know if we have to keep the original documents signed by the clients or a PDF copywill be acceptable by the Court.

There is no hard and fast rule on this issue. I keep all original documents but many attorneys will only keep them for 7 years. In your case, you may wish to ask, "what would the IRS do?" I believe the 7 year rule may apply.
