Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Oustered!
I started an LLC with two partners (a husband and wife). I put together a business plan and took care of all of the negotiations for the company to obtain distributorship rights for a certain product. I didn't put any money up for the venture, just sweat equity. After everything was up and running and the distributorship agreement was finalized, my partner and his wife disolved the LLC and started a new company and they're now doing business without me! What rights do I have?

Re: Oustered!
It depends on the terms of any agreement you may have had with them. You may want to consult with an attorney.
