Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hello, I owned a company that merged with another to form a franchise that never happened. I had them buy me out for a big loss. They still owe me money and told me that they were not going to pay me any more because i withdrew funds when we were partners (and before the final agreement was initiated),of which i still am since they have not finished paying me. Do they have that right?

Any attorney will say more information is needed to answer your question. What were the particulars of the buy out? Are you owned money on the buy out or something else? What are the details on the fund withdrawls? Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
