Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hello, I paid 2,603.00 for a new engine for my 2001 Lincoln Navigator only to find out that the shop simply repaired the one that was in it. Is there anything I can do about this?

You can sue in county court. It will cost money to do that and you should hire an attorney. This is an unfair and deceptive trade practice, and other potential lawsuits could apply.
