Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
parking privileges
I work for a company that provides a vehicle for work usage. I have to keep the vehicle at my home and store parts in my home. Can I legally charge them rent? If I do not use their vehicle, I have to provide one myself, with insurance, upkeep, etc. and they reimburse me for mileage. I can't afford to purchase a suitable vehicle for this. The company I work for is based in Toronto, Canada.

Re: parking privileges
Should you charge rent , I doubt that you will collect it and I doubt you will remain employed. And obviously you will not have a question because you will have no car.
