Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

My partner bought me out but failing to pay the buyout amount due to me...

i sold my portion of a business to my partner who bought me out. we agreed on monthly payments for the buyout. I have recieved payments except for the last five payments. My business partner has failed to continue the payments and doesnt care to finish payments. how my i persue for the rest of my payments?

You can sue him. Hopefully your agreement is in writing and he has the funds to pay a judgment.
