If I, as the president of a FL. based S-Corp, remove the bulk of the company funds from our bank account and place it in another company bank account to prevent another officer of the Corp. from removing it for personal use, am I guilty of anything?

Maybe. You're not guilty of a crime, but you may have breached a fiduciary responsibility to the company. You should probably sit down with a corporate attorney immediately.
