Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
my partner in my LLC embezzeld funds from the company acount. How do I get him out of my LLC?

I believe this is too complex a question for this forum. The answer starts with the articles of organization, bylaws, and resolutions of the business. If those rules are complied with, and the person still refuses to leave, you will need legal intervention (i.e. file a lawsuit and obtain a judgment).
