Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My Partner and I are starting a business in Florida and we were wondering the best way to go about it. He pays child support, so can Child Support Enforcement garnish his wages from the business account if it has my name on it? How about when we get married? Also, can you form 2 different types of businesses under one LLC?

1. Child support enforcement can garnish his wages. You cannot hide it under a business acct.
2. If you are a same-sex couple, you cannot be married in FL. Notwithstanding, your partner/spouse's wages can still be garnished for child support.
3. You cannot form two different businesses under one LLC.
Hope that helps.
