Partnership Restrictions - ?
Two individuals who have joined in a business - one is a felon. Can the business have both names and still conduct transactions outside of the state of residence?

If you aren't registered with the FL DOS, then it doesn't matter because you both are liable for actions of the partnership. If you are registered, you need to be registered as a foreign entity in any state where you regularly conduct business.
