Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Who pays the attorney fees ?
If someone sues you and you are found innocent of the charges, or they stop the procedure after your attorney talked to their attorney. Can you make the person that sued you pay your attorney fees? Where in the Florida Statues is this addressed ? thank you.

There is no guarantee that you will get attorney's fees. I feel confident that your attorney has already told you that but apparently you do not believe his/her information.
