Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Permision to use a persons face or body in a comercial by way of photo and video
I video landscapes and properties for real estate agents and invesors. I would like to have a form that will protect me from anyone that may have to be in the video or photo production that would try to sue me. I know that they would have to sign the form. Can you please tell me the form I need? Thank you very much.
