Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Personal liability within an LLC.
Does the individual that is the single owner and also the only worker of an LLC expose himself to personal liability by doing hands on work himself. Or does this liabilty only fall under commercial liability for the LLC, and the individual is exempt personally.
