Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Can I be personally served at a Registered agent's address for a lawsuit that has nothing to do with that business.
It is my understanding that if the current business is being sued, the registered agent can be served. If it is a personal lawsuit, I must actually be served physcially or at my home address. Is this correct?

If you are being sued personally, you can be served with the complaint anywhere - at your home, in your car, at the mall, or at your office.
