Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I'm not sure if I picked the correct area of law,

but here goes.

My book is sold on Amazon.com, but it has been so long

since I have acseesed my seller account that I no longer

know my log in information

I have emailed amazon half a dozen times and called once.

They told me that because the email I use now is not the one associated with

my amazon acct, I must "log into my account an change my email).

Well, duh--if I could do that I wouldn't have a problem.

They tell me that there is no other way to verify my identity,

yet my book is still for sale on amazon and I know people

who have bought it in the past 3-4 years, so I know that they owe me money.

Heeeelp!

Hi. I'm not sure you have a "legal" question but it sounds more like you seek a better way to get in touch with Amazon. If the web doesn't work, maybe get a contact address and send a certified letter. That might get someone's attention.
