Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have pizza biz for about 3 years now , someone opened a bakery and pizza using my name and logo.I have people come in or call numerious times of the day thinking im the bakery and pizza place. what can I do to stop this. he stole my logo to gain biz.

Well, hopefully you registered your trademark and logo with the state of Florida. You can send a cease and desist letter, and file a lawsuit. Contact an attorney for further assistance. Regards,
