Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
PLLC Qualification
In a PLLC, what happens if someone is brought into the company who is not a professional, then put on the board of that company (PLLC is maintained) and business decisions are made based on that individual's direction and vote.
Though I assume it is illegal for that to happen....what should and can be done once it is discovered?

Re: PLLC Qualification
Your question is too broad for this type of forum. My first question is what was the purpose within the articles of organization for the formation of the PLLC? Also, your question requires a review of the articles, operating agreement, and perhaps additional company records.
If you like to discuss this matter further, then please do not hesitate to contact my office or send me a direct e-mail. I am located in Naples.
Very truly yours,
Rick Weldon
