Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Following policy?
Can you bring a lawsuit against a company for firing you for following their policy and then manipulating you and talking you into signing a document that stated that you would pay them back the supposed '' loss'' you caused them?
(And yes this is talking about Sears' price match policy)

There are insufficient facts to answer your question. It is incredibly easy to fire an employee in Florida.
