President house rental
Is a company (Corp.) allowed to sign a rental contract (under the Company name) for the personal house of the President?

If the rental is part of the Presiden't perks and/or compensation, then yes the company may do so.

I agree. The company may sign a rental contract for personal use, and the rental enters the cost as benefit for the President
