Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
If the president of an insurance agency (c-corporation) committed an error in which the corporation is being sued, but the vice president and treasurer were not aware, weren't really physically involved in the office / corporation (Just in name), would they be personally liable and would they lose their insurance agent license? again, The president messed up.

There should be no personal liability. Nor should this effect their individual license.
