Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My previous employer sent me a letter threatening to take legal action against me for using photographs that I took of hair that I did under her employment. Does she have a legal leg to stand on?

As a franchise attorney I must point out that a lot more information is needed. How are you using the photos? What type of action is threatened and on what basis? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
