Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
price fixing
I run a newspaper route. I fill the boxes, put papers in stores and so on. I have alot of time put in building the route. The paper sold for $.25 and my cost was $.07 a copy. Now they made the price $.50 and charge me $.47. They want me out and turn the route over to a friend. Is this even legal?
