I was recently terminated from my job due to medical issues that interfered with my attendance. My aunt also works for this same company and recently heard my immediate supervisor was discussing my issue with other employees and even mentioning my name. Is there anything I can do about this?

Yes an attorney can either contact them directly about it or sue them for you.
