Process Serving / Writs
I am a new private investigator in the state of Florida. Is there a special license i need in order to serve papers for attourneys? (process, writs ect).If yes, where do i go to get approved?

You will need an occupational license from the County. You will need to comply with Florida Statute 48.29. Good luck.
