Product Development
We have a skin cream that our family uses consisting of four different current products. Can we package and sell on our web site sans patent using these four products to make it?

A patent isn't required to sell skin cream, though, without the patent, you may risk someone stealing your formula and selling it without paying you for it.
Of course, there may be FDA and other restrictions on your cream or its ingredients, and you may want to speak to a lawyer about it.
