Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Product Ownership
Working closely with a local paint company I have successfully matched several difficult colors of touch up paint for specialized camera equimpent that becomes dinged or scratched. Through various sources I have learned that there is a demand for these colors of touch up paint for others with similar equipment. After researching this I can find no one that currently manufactures these specific colors for this use. Obviously, I do not have the means to produce my own paint. After the paint is made by a second party and sold to me is it legal for me to sell it to others who may need it for their equipment also? If not, what steps should I take to try and accomplish this?

I know of no reason why you could not do what you wish with the paint. Of course my reply is limited to question as posed.
