You sign on they "By" line
You print your name on the "Name" line
You state your agency status (i.e. president ...) on the "Its" line
It is important to sign documents correctly or you could become personally liable for performance of the contract.
I strongly suggest that you confer with an attorney BEFORE you sign the contract.
