Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
How do I protect myself in a buyout situation?
My partners want to buy me out, however, they do not want to give me a fair share of money for the buyout!
What are my legal options?
I've confronted them with a promisory note that is fair. What else can i do at this point?
Can I legally go back in there and resume my position until they come up with an agreement that satisifies me?
