Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Protecting a new idea
I have an idea that involves the use of logos from professional sports teams. Since I do not meet the qulaifications to purchase the licensing rights from the different professional leagues, I figured I would present my idea to a manufacturer who has already purchased the rights. Is it possible for me to protect my idea as I present it to the different manufatures and if so, what type of attorney do I need to speak with to assist me with this protection?

If someone is willing to sign an agreement before talking about this with you, then you can protect your ideas from being used by them. I can draft the agreement.
