Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
protecting right to a sports team
I founded a non-professional, club sports team and would like to protect the rights to the team. Should I file a trademark or copyright and how would I go about doing that?

If you wish to protect the name and logo, you could file for trademark protection. Other than that, I'm not sure what rights you wish to protect.
