Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Protection Using LLC
Starting a small rental company in which we rent a few large yard display items for 24-48 hours. The items are for display only and will be marked plainly as such on both the rental agreement and the items.
To date, I have been unable to locate any liability insurance due to the unusual nature of the business.
In the event of a lawsuit, can they come after my personal assets or just the assests in the LLC?
Thank you!

Re: Protection Using LLC
I would suggest you set up a small asset protection plan to cover the business risks that are uninsurable.
I would suggest you e-mail me a phone # to reach you to discuss further.
