Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Proxy votes
A previous question involved a quote from ''Florida Code 771.0721 (2)'' neither I nor assistance from local library could find this Code on the internet. Physical seach of local court house Legal Library didn't turn up anything.
Do you know where I can find this Code?

Re: Proxy votes
Actually if this relates to proxy voting and corporations, it may be Fla. Stat. 607.0721. Chapter 607 deals with corporations, and 607.0722 refers directly to proxy voting. Florida Statutes are available online.

Re: Proxy votes
I believe you are referring to a Florida Statute, Chapter 771. The Florida Statutes should be available at any law library. Best of luck.
