Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
proxy voting
Our organization has allowed proxy voting for many years now. If someone wanted to toss out proxy voting would this be considered now a part of bylaws? If not, would it require a 2/3 vote or majority

Re: proxy voting
It depends on what your current articles of incorporation and bylaws say. If they don't say, then you can amend your bylaws to forbid proxy voting by a simple majority vote.

Re: proxy voting
Check your current bylaws and articles of incorporation. If they are silent, then you need only a majority vote.
