Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
If I purchased a car on January 2, 2010, the dealer met with me again on Jan 4th to return old car keys. The dealer asked to see my signed paperwork on the new 2010 car, once he had it in his hands he then ripped all up all the documents and gave me new ones. Is it a crime, and does this act void the sale, since I never gave him permission to rip up the documents and give me new ones
Thanks,
Roy
