Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

question

I know of a certain company that has students selling books and they take kids from colleges and tell them they will work from 9am till 9pm and then once they take the job and are out of the state tells them they will be working longer hours. Also the job stongly suggests they change their diet and tells them they should take diet pills and gives them diet pills to take. Also the company tells the students working that they should not talk at all on their phone except on sundays and at the end of the summer they ask for their cell phone bills to see how much they talked on the phone? I was wondering if any of this is illegal because it seemed highly immoral. thank you
