Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
question
If I work in a corporate office and I was trained to do a specific job. I apply and get a different job and the company says that I have to do my old job and my new job whenever they deem necessary, is that legal? I am only getting paid to do one job.

Unless you have a contract that specifies what limitations there are to your jov (which is unlikely), then you are an employee at will and they employer can add or subtract from your job duties as it wishes.
