Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I need a quote to create a contract to sale computers

I'm doing all the research to create my own business. What I'm going to do is sale computers (laptops, desktops) where the buyers will pay an initial fee and then a subsequent payment that can be made every week or every week two weeks for a period of time.

I have 4 plans; depending on the plan the customer chooses the computer will be delivering to them between 2 and 6 weeks.....

The information that I will seek from the buyer is bank statement, social security, last utility bill and driver license which all of them should match on the address.

What I need to know how much it will cost me to have a lawyer create this contract.......

I reside in South Florida.....

Kind Regards

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

As an attorney who practices in South Florida, I can tell you that the fee can vary greatly. The fee would be dependent upon the individual attorney whom you ask to prepare your agreement. Each attorney set his or her own hourly rate unless set for him or her by a larger firm. They also have the perogative to charge a flat rate if desired. Call around and get some ideas. Don't necessarily hire the cheapest attorney, but hire the most qualified for the most reasonable rate you can afford and whom you feel comfortable with.
