Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Hello Hello My name is Raymond and we just got a lawsuit hand delivered by a processor, We are in Florida , but we had to close our Business in Colorado due to Unjust and unfair manner. We were trying to just take care of our employees and survive the lies when we Sold all our assets to another company, they paid 105.000.00 for everything we owned , Two Axel trailers to pull equipment (HVAC) A service van and everything in our barn we ran the business with, extra Tin, parts, equipment ,tools, (PLASMA Cutter) everything But now they think we should give it all to them for free..They want their money back, due to Breach of Contract ..I was suppose to work for them, but was unable due to all the lawsuits accruing, plus They Verbally promised I would Not do Physical work I would be a MGR, which in the 3 or 4 weeks i was employed with them I worked every holiday and weekend..Lies...So i wrote them a letter and took a leave of absence, When all the Drama and More lies were done with the closing of my business , I was going to return to work ,but they decided to file a lawsuit..Plus we filed for Bankruptcy but it was dismissed due to we were not able to go back for the Creditors meeting because we could not afford to..We plan to refile here in Florida with in the time allowed

We have Lost everything Our Home, Our Vehicles, our Business, our Credit History and My health has declined drastically I spent the last 6 years working hard to build our business, and now I am Broke, working in pain, and feeling like just giving up..I am not even sure how much longer i will be able to work ..Evey corner we turn is a dead end and i am depressed, In Pain and full of stress everyday..If this something you can help me with Please email me back..Remember We are Broke..Please do what you can to help us Or point us in the right direction Also We are already Paying two Judgments in the amount of 700.00 per month due to closing our business, we can not afford much more or we will be on the streets..
