Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I was recently fired from my job. I was being paid as a W-9(independent Contractor) to go out and bring in accounts to the pharmacy. I was paid a percentage on total sales. Am I still entitled the monthly commissions?

It depends on the contract you had with your company.
Were you paid on the sales you brought in? Or the sales of the entire establishment?
