Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I recently missed a cruise in which a traffic accident prevented me from boarding on time. Since I did not carry any travel insurance I was told by my travel agent, and the cruiseline there is no refund or credit. Could I possible have a case to win back my hard earned money?
